 Malawian music star Pop Young  has made a strong comeback with the release of his first solo single "Patricia," a touching Afrobeat song about love and happiness. Despite leaving his previous record label, Akometsi, under controversial circumstances, Pop Young, also known as Popizo, is embarking on a new chapter in his music career as an independent artist, showing his determination and self-assurance in challenging situations.

Hailing from a prominent political family, Fredokiss is the son of Kamlepo Kalua, a seasoned politician and current Member of Parliament for Rumphi East.
